Free Community Breastfeeding Class for Black Breastfeeding Week

*Register Early** August is Breastfeeding Month, August 25-31 is Black Breastfeeding Week.
Our people have the highest infant mortality rate meaning our babies are dying twice as fast than others. (Shocking, I Know)
According to the CDC, increased breastfeeding among Black women could decrease infant mortality rates by as much as 50%.
In honor of Black Breastfeeding Week, I will be hosting class on the basics of breastfeeding. I want to support you get off to a great start. We'll discuss topics like: Why the First Hour is Golden Hour, Feeding Positions, Do I have too little milk?, Do I have too much milk and What do I do with it?
This protected space is open to Black and Self-Identifying Black women that are Pregnant, New Mamas and Mamas new to Breastfeeding of ANY age.
Birth Me Doula encourages the build and bond of the Black Family so tell your King, Mama, Sister, Auntie, Cousins and Like Fam to join with you.
