Baby Cafe: Free, virtual drop-in lactation support with an IBCLC is available every week. For more information visit our Resources page or click here. This project is a collective impact partnership with Mothers' Milk Bank of North Texas, Abide Women's Health Services, and Dallas Area Lactation Consultants' Association. 

WIC: Tarrant Co. Public Health offers a Breastfeeding Warm Line for anyone needing peer breastfeeding support. You do not have to be enrolled in WIC to call for support. Call 817-321-5416. 

WIC also offers peer breastfeeding education and free IBCLC care to program recipients. Call 817-321-5400.

JPS: JPS offers free outpatient lactation support with IBCLCs in clinics throughout Tarrant County.
Appointments are available to anyone requesting care regardless of their eligibility or enrollment in other JPS services. Call 817-702-7558.


TCoBCo Community Breastfeeding Educators: In 2019, Tarrant County Breastfeeding Coalition provided professional training in breastfeeding education and implicit bias for 20 volunteers. These volunteers represent a variety of backgrounds including doulas, chiropractors, religious leaders, business owners, and parents. Using their experience and training, these lay educators provide fully informed and culturally competent breastfeeding education in the community. Their free classes are listed on our Meetings and Events page. 

Mother's Milk Bank of North Texas: MMBNT offers free lactation care with an IBCLC to anyone requesting support through the Baby Cafe program. Visit the website, call 817-810-0071, or email for information. 

La Leche League: LLL offers free phone, email, and group lactation support from experienced peer-volunteers.
